If you are a high school Senior college age or teacher with available summers and want to work with children ages 3-15 our camp is the place to be.

We are currently looking for a Skateboard Instructor to teach our campers the fundamentals of Skateboarding at our Skate Park.

Our Skateboard Instructor is responsible for the supervision of campers skateboard-specific instruction providing a safe and fun learning environment and serving as a positive role model for campers. Activity Specialists also have the opportunity to work extended hours doing lessons for additional income ($30 per half hour).

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety of campers and team members in and out of the skatepark area
• Enforce all rules and regulations
• Daily supervision of the skateboarding area
• Group supervision of campers with attention to behavior and group management health safety security and personal and skill development
• Daily instruction to campers between the ages of 6 and 15 with different ability levels
• Use effective management skills to lead the activity and effectively create an inclusive and fun environment
• Motivate campers by creating fun for them in your activity (i.e. songs games cheers etc.)
• Encourage creativity and critical thinking
• Work effectively with fellow Activity Specialists and Counselors; collaborate on daily responsibilities
• Serve as a positive role model to campers
• Able to work outside upright and mobile for six (6) to eight (8) hours per day
• Outstanding communication skills which include the ability to use clear concise and grammatically correct written and oral language in all aspects of professional interaction with campers their families peers leadership team and the larger community
• Skateboarding experience (required)
• Reports directly to and takes direction from the Athletics Division Head.

Camp Dates: June 30 August 22 2026 (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:15pm) No Camp Friday July 4th.
NO NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS!
