Job Title: Quality Control ManagerJob Description Join a dynamic team working on a 10-floor office renovation project as a Quality Control Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the project progresses smoothly, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process. Responsibilities + Ensure the project progresses according to schedule and standards. + Monitor subcontractors to ensure they perform work as expected. + Handle project-related paperwork and maintain project schedules. + Coordinate material delivery and usage. + Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control measures. + Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety protocols. Essential Skills + Proficiency in construction quality control and management. + Strong understanding of QA/QC processes in construction. + Knowledge of OSHA10 safety standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor of Science in Construction Management preferred. + Ability to work independently and proactively seek solutions. + Experience with interior office renovation projects is a plus. Work Environment This role involves working on an interior office renovation construction project. The position requires overseeing the construction site, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06/hr.
