Full-Time Nanny Needed ASAP for a Great Family in Aspen, Colorado

Position Compensation
Salary: $40–50/hr, roughly $100,000/year (Flexible, DOE)
Living Accommodations: Live Out (Possible Housing Support)

Vacation: 1–2 weeks PTO

About the Role
We are seeking a warm, energetic, and flexible Nanny to join our family in beautiful Aspen, Colorado. The ideal candidate is fun-loving, enthusiastic, very bubbly and energetic, and loves working with children. We are looking for someone who enjoys active, hands-on childcare, helping with daily routines, and supporting the household in various ways.
French-speaking is a nice-to-have but not required. More important than experience as a career nanny is having a positive, high-energy attitude, flexibility, and a love for working with children. Candidates with daycare, babysitting, or teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
This is a dynamic role that includes childcare, light household duties, meal preparation, driving, and travel. You will care for three children, ages 4, 7, and 9, and have around 40 hours per week, spread throughout the week, with one full day off.

Position Responsibilities
Childcare: Full responsibility for daily care, engaging children in meaningful, age-appropriate activities, including outdoor play, arts, and sensory experiences
Household: Light housekeeping, laundry, errands as needed
Driving: Required for school and activities
Travel: Occasional travel (approx. 4–6 weeks/year)
Position Requirements

Experience: 1–5+ years working with children
Personality: High-energy, bubbly, flexible, and enthusiastic
References: Minimum of 2 professional references
Background: Must pass standard background checks and drug testing upon hire
