Job Title: Inventory Specialist Location: Salinas, CA Zip Code: 93901 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract (6+ months) Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00/HR (Depending on Experience) Keywords: #manufacturingsupportjobs #inventoryspecialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stage inventory area (with or without instruction)
Keep track of inventory and ensure accuracy
Receives materials and supplies by verifying PO information on ERP - PO number, QTY, etc.
Documents materials receipts and put away to the appropriate storage location.
Maintain warehouse operation area clean and orderly.
Learn and adhere to workplace safety regulations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or higher
2 years of related warehouse experience (shipping and receiving, kitting, packing) with materials handling experience
ERP systems experience (SAP is a plus)
Experience operating a Forklift
Must have excellent computer skills.
Must be self driven and a strong team player with excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and highly regulated with adaptability to changing priorities.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
Must be able to visually distinguish colors
Must have Valid California Driver License
Aerospace background preferred
