GRAPHIC DESIGNER Temporary Assignment Z SUPPLY is an established California Women’s lifestyle apparel brand that is leading the space for casual, comfortable style. Located in the heart of Orange County, we are passionate about staying true to our roots and living a life of good vibes in and out of the office.
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. This is a temporary position consisting of a 3-6 month duration. You will have the opportunity to work alongside key stakeholders in Creative, E-Commerce, Marketing and Social to create impactful digital assets and collateral that will be critical for brand growth. This role is a great opportunity for someone who loves conceptualizing visuals as much as they love executing them. This role demands typographic excellence, strong artistic vision, one-team mentality, and an expert in Figma.
POSITION DETAIL - Full Time- Salary Exempt
- Temporary position 3-6 month duration
- Reporting to Senior Art Director
- Position Location – Headquarters, Costa Mesa, CA
- Hybrid Schedule – 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote
- Not accepting applicants unable to work at Headquarters
Duties And Responsibilities - Partner with E-Commerce (digital marketing) and Marketing (social) to create online digital content and experiences that drive strong engagement and conversion.
- Areas of focus and responsibilities supporting cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of creative materials such as (but not limited to):
- Campaign launches
- Emailers
- Homepage experience
- Social media
- Paid advertisements
- Event and marketing print materials
- Maintain visual brand integrity while considering new trends and seasonal concepts, all while delivering assets with the proper web and mobile requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with project managers and interdepartmental teams.
- Solicits and assimilates design feedback and executes revisions with a high level of accuracy.
- Work collaboratively within department and cross-functionally with a one-team mindset.
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn, be a team player, share information and provide a fresh perspective.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the digital creative space.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art/Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of marketing or related experience required.
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital design, e-commerce experience preferred.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. For this position, Figma expertise is required.
- Clean and elevated sense of visual design with impeccable design understanding in regard to typography, composition, and colors.
- Understanding of social channel and paid advertising best practices.
- Experience with hand illustration, animation, and video editing is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills that support the rest of the team.
- Ability to meet deadlines, take feedback and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality deliverables.
- Proven experience in creative concepting, art direction, and graphic design.
- Preferred experience in fashion, lifestyle, creative agency, or related industries.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS This position is currently operating as 3 days in office / partial remote position. Work is conducted in an air-conditioned office environment or at home office.
Frequent use of hands, eyes, speech utilizing computer and work-related equipment. Frequent sitting, occasional standing / dexterity.

Position Salary Range $70,000-80,000 As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Z SUPPLY provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, internal parity and other relevant factors. Flexibility outside of the salary range listed may be considered based on additional skills or qualifications a candidate may possess that may justify additional compensation. Company paid health benefits, PTO, bonus and other various company perks are not included in the salary range listed above and are considered additional compensation.
