Job Description

Our client is a growing CPA firm who is looking for experienced CPAs or CPA candidates (Senior Associate to Director levels) specializing in tax, audit, business valuation, or financial consulting. This is an in-office role with potential hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax : Prepare and review returns, assist with strategic tax planning.
• Audit : Lead financial statement assurance services, ensuring compliance for key sectors.
• Business Valuation & Advisory : Conduct valuations, manage cash flow analysis, and offer M&A and succession planning advisory.
• Financial Consulting : Provide consulting and accounting support for construction industry clients.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in tax, audit, or advisory.
• CPA license or progress toward obtaining one (within 6-12 months).
• Proficiency in CCH software preferred.
• Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or retail is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage client engagements.
