Job Description

Seeking a UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in UX Research and UI Design for a long-term hybrid role. Must be local to TX and able to work onsite as required.

Responsibilities:

• Translate research into actionable UI/UX designs

• Create UX artifacts (journey maps, storyboards, flows)

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders

• Support multiple workstreams and prioritize research based on roadmap

• Ensure documentation of UI strategy and design goals

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in UX Research & Design

• Strong empathy, adaptive thinking, and communication skills

• Proficient in UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)

• Strong understanding of UI best practices and graphic design theory

• Portfolio showcasing process and outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Project management experience

Qualifications

These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
