Job Description

This is a 24 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 84 months of working experience in performance testing tools, developing and executing performance test scripts.
• 84 months of working experience in using Functional, Non-Functional, and other various Testing types to evaluate software applications per Business requirements: such as Performance, Usability, Compatibility, System, Regression, End to End integration, automated, performance, smoke, black box, white box, and failover tests.
• 84 months of working experience in automation testing, developing, and executing automation test scripts. Experience descriptions must demonstrate the use of specific automation tools and processes/methods used to create automated tests from manual functional tests.
• 60 months of programming experience in PL/SQL, SQL, Java, HTML
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related majors
• 84 months of experience working with a Project manager, Business analyst, and other project team members to create robust test plans/test cases for web applications.
• 84 months of working experience in creating, managing, and executing functional and regression test scripts; developing generic reusable functions and scripts.
• 84 months of working experience in performing application testing based on written test scripts, documenting, tracking, and communicating defects utilizing HP ALM.
