As the Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our store. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service. - Overseeing daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. - Managing inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing. - Handling scheduling and delegating tasks to team members. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism. - Driving sales and meeting store performance goals.
