Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients which is corporate transactions and litigation.

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Barred in the State of Nevada
