3 locations: Buckhead , Sandy Springs & Brookhaven.

*** Full Time/Part Time Barista server ***

Work in Beautiful French Specialty Café (

Salary: Depends on experience and learning speed in Café Vendôme .

• Barista/server: hourly rate depends on Experience in other Specialty Coffee Shops
• Experience in food and beverage service is important.
• Minimum guaranteed hourly rate $14/H ( including cash tip and credit card tip).
• Possibility to grow and manage if you have leadership skills
• Once you learn your duty is also to train throughly new hired employee.
• All position include an initiale paid TRAINING for 2 WEEKS ( 2 weeks evaluation period).

Shifts starts at 7:30 AM or 9:00 AM and ends at 2:30 PM or 4:30 PM or 8:30 PM ( some days in Brookhaven)

You need to be Trustworthy, Reliable, Focused, Caring, Ethical, Arriving on Time, Autonomous, and Proactive (Salary increases depend on these expectations)

Café Vendôme is a French Bakery Pastry Café ( Parisian Style) in Sandy Springs, North Buckhead Atlanta, and Brookhaven ( near Marta station).

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area and tables
• Serve Food, Pastry and Viennoiseries
• Use Toast POS
• Autonomy and anticipation of tasks

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation !!!
• Strong attention to detail and  cleanliness
• Smiling , and Caring about customers and team members
