Job Description

OSM Worldwide is currently hiring a Software QA Tester that will test our critical code before it rolls into production.  Additionally, the QA Tester will be involved in the research and implementation of new testing tools and procedures.  

Our Software team has been critical in the company’s success and is a key department in our value creation to our customer.  We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that’s not afraid to challenge the norm. 

What Our QA Tester Will Do:

• Work closely with the development team to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements.
• Adhere to quality assurance measures and testing standards for new development and enhancements.
• Create and execute test plans and scripts that will determine application quality.
• Communicate cross-functionally across management levels test progress, test results, and quality of application changes.
• Assist in environment setup and management in preparation for test execution.
• Use creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness.
• Use testing web technologies, services, and physical devices to automate and deliver robust test suites.

What Experience You Need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Software QA Tester role.
• College degree in business or IT preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Programming experience with C# a plus.
• Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL for data testing.

Compensation range is $80,000 - $90,000
