Job Description

Salary: $119,000 - 198,400 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems/Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is mandatory.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Chantilly or McLean up to 5 days a week.
• Over 5 years of experience in software development or scripting.
• More than 5 years of experience in process automation, workflow development, or business process enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Development: I will be responsible for designing and developing ServiceNow case management solutions, which includes configuring the Service Portal, creating forms, automating workflows, and generating tasks to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Client Partnership: I will collaborate directly with clients and business process consultants to comprehend and define future-state business operations, leveraging ServiceNow functionalities to drive operational changes.
• Agile Delivery: I will convert user stories into automated solutions while working within 2-week sprint cycles, maintaining a transformative and innovative approach throughout the process.
• Collaboration & Learning: I will engage with other ServiceNow modelers, stay informed on the best practices of the platform and emerging features, and continually enhance my technical skills.
• Systems Integration: I will integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems, which includes designing effective solutions for data transmission via web services and APIs.
• Value Delivery: I will identify, quantify, and deliver measurable value to support transformation initiatives across every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Leadership & Quality Assurance: I will provide hands-on leadership during sprint cycles to ensure timely delivery and maintain the accuracy and quality of key deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: I will work closely with process teams to guide and enhance application development throughout the development, review, and testing phases.

The salary range for this position takes into account various factors influencing compensation decisions, such as skills, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other organizational needs. This range has not been adjusted for the geographic differential for the location of the position. At Deloitte, it is uncommon for an individual to be offered a salary near the top of the range for their role, as compensation decisions are made based on the specifics of each case. A reasonable estimate for the current salary range is $119,000 to $198,400.

Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the program’s rules, where any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
