Job Description

Description de l'annonce:

Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.

One of our clients, a European Financial Services Company, is building a financial business in Germany. The IT infrastructure and software are built from scratch with an IT team that is between Europe and Tunis. BinitNS is acting as an advisor to the management team on this project.

In this context, we are looking for a Senior UI Developer to lead the development of web and mobile interfaces in a collaborative, agile, and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in modern frontend technologies, design systems, and CI/CD pipelines, and will act as a technical reference within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire UI development lifecycle: from prototyping and MVP creation to iteration and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, and Developers to deliver intuitive, high-performance, and consistent interfaces.
  • Contribute actively to the evolution of the design system (Figma, Radix UI).
  • Develop reusable UI components using React, Next.js, and React Native with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Integrate UI solutions into CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy) and ensure seamless deployment on Azure Cloud.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards in terms of both functionality and technical implementation.
  • Participate in mobile application deployment (iOS/Android) and manage related processes across TestFlight, App Store, and Google Play
  • Work in a collaborative agile environment with regular team rituals (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
  • Support junior developers through mentoring, pair programming, and technical guidance.
  • Share knowledge across the team through documentation, workshops, demos, and technical watch.
  • Propose improvements to the UI architecture, recommend new technologies, and contribute to product evolution.

Required Skills:

  • Engineering or a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend or UI development for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and React Native.
  • Experience working with design systems (e.g. Radix UI) and tools like Figma.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and UI performance best practices.
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, TeamCity, Octopus, and deployments on Azure Cloud.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Good to Have:

  • Experience in mobile publishing processes for iOS/Android (TestFlight, App Store, Google Play).
  • Sensitivity to UX design and a passion for product innovation.
  • Interest in eco-design, software quality, or automated UI testing.
  • Intercultural experience working European teams.
  • Experience in financial services

What We Offer:

  • An amazing working environment within a collaborative, international team.
  • A competitive package.

If you’re a passionate frontend developer with a drive for clean, efficient, and user-centered interfaces, and you’re ready to contribute to an innovative financial project, we’d love to hear from you.
