Sales and Leasing Consultant

Summary

We're looking for a hard-working, motivated person to join our team in serving guests well and creating customers for life. As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll need to have a professional manner that is personable and friendly to make guests feel at home while at Lighthouse. You'll be assisting guests through their vehicle search, adding your helpful recommendations and knowledge of vehicles/the market to help them make the best decision.

Job Type : Full Time

Pay : $60,000 - $100,000 per year – all commission.

Hours : M-F 8 am – 5:30 pm, Sat 9 - 4:00 PM staying late as needed to serve customers well. One day off within M-F, one Saturday off a month, one early departure/late arrival day within M-F.

Essential Duties:

  • Give customers a great greeting, assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking good questions and listening to their responses.
  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month (based on a 3-month rolling average)
  • Follow the road to the sale without skipping steps.
  • Enter all customers worked with into the CRM.
  • Write complete sales orders, process paperwork according to dealership policies.
  • Sell accessories and Everest packages.
  • Follow up with customers and owners, maintain a prospect development system.
  • Turn 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival and deliver vehicles to customers.
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel and schedule first service appointment.
  • Follow up on all post-delivery items.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Skilled in working with people and making connections
  • 1 year sales experience preferred but not required
  • 1 year dealership experience preferred but not required
  • 2 years customer service experience preferred but not required
