In the role of Safety Lead working onsite at our Fort Worth, Texas, Brewery, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Safety Team. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a comprehensive safety, industrial hygiene, and fire protection environment.
Under the direction of the Safety Manager, the Safety Lead will aid in providing direction and where appropriate execution on actions that ensure compliance with OSHA and General Industry Consensus Standards. This is accomplished by leading program development and analysis, managing risk, prioritizing exposure evaluations, and auditing for compliance with existing and proposed regulatory requirements, and developing preventive measures for controlling potential occupational health and safety employee injuries and illnesses, property damage, and industrial hygiene exposures.
This position reports to Safety Manager and works closely with other leaders in the Brewery.

Pay and Benefits:
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $92,100.00- $120,900.00(posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
