We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Servicing Pensions Team team at Mercer . This role will can be based in either Dublin or Cork. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role, you’ll manage your own portfolio of large multinational clients , building trusted relationships and ensuring their pension schemes are administered to the highest standards. We are looking for a confident and proactive individual, who is passionate about delivering excellence!

We will rely on you to:

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of global, blue-chip clients
• Administer complex Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes with precision
• Provide tailored support and strategic insight to help clients meet their pension obligations
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver seamless service
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls

What you will need to have:

• Experience in the pensions or financial services industry
• QFA qualification or actively working towards it
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a client-focused mindset
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
