Responsibilities

  • Represent both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
  • Provide market insights, pricing strategies, and negotiation expertise
  • Follow up with leads promptly and consistently
  • Conduct listing appointments, showings, and open houses
  • Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Manage client communications and timelines from start to close
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and the community

Qualifications

  • An active Florida Real Estate License is required
  • Minimum 1 year of residential real estate experience preferred not required
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and real estate trends, and willingness to put in the effort to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver's license
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $100,000+ annually (commission-based with performance incentives)
