Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses
Draft and prepare real estate documents, contracts, and agreements
Maintain and update real estate listings on various platforms
Communicate with clients, lenders, and inspectors to ensure smooth transactions
Assist in organizing and attending real estate events and networking opportunities
Assist as needed in daily operations and duties, clerical and document work

Qualifications:

Real Estate Administrative Experience is preferred but not required
Real Estate License is plus
Microsoft Office Skills
US Work Authorization
Proficiency in MLS is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
