Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, 45-minute physical therapy sessions in an outpatient setting

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions

• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, enhanced by digital tools and real-time progress tracking

• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, movement, and wellness strategies

• Use cutting-edge clinical technology for streamlined documentation and outcome-based planning

• Collaborate with PTAs and a supportive team of clinicians

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist License (or eligible)

• CPR certification

• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills

• Comfort with or interest in learning digital platforms

• Open to new graduates and seasoned clinicians

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday to Friday – no weekends or late nights

• Full-Time or PRN (as-needed) options available

• Hourly Rate: $42 – $52/hour

• Equivalent Annual Salary: $87,000 – $108,000

• Monthly performance bonuses based on patient engagement
