Stone Dog Inn is looking for a self-driven, ambitious, and reliable part-time manager who loves working with dogs! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being part of a close-knit team, and can keep tails wagging and operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you. This role is for 20-25 hours a week with potential for more!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations, including:
• Checking dogs in and out
• Handling payments
• Communicating with clients via Gmail, phone, and Paw Partner (our booking system) & in person.
• Help manage and train our growing team
• Ensure the safety and happiness of our pack at all times
• Capture daily moments for social media — taking and posting photos, going for nature walks, handing out treats like ice cream, etc.
• Communicate important updates to the management team promptly
• Handle situations efficiently while staying true to our brand and values

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule with a mix of mornings and afternoons (hours vary seasonally)
• Shifts can start as early as 6 AM and end by 7 PM
• Typical shifts: 6 AM – 2 PM or 12 PM – 7 PM
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn — with fresh ideas to contribute
• Prior dog care experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!
