Now Hiring: Scheduler – Senior Care Agency Location: Central Maryland & BaltimorePay: $20/hourSchedule: Friday–Monday (Saturday and Sunday can be remote) We are seeking an experienced and organized Scheduler to join our Senior Helpers team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage schedules for caregivers and CNAs. * Communicate effectively with clients and staff regarding scheduling needs or changes. * Handle schedule adjustments, cancellations, and emergency coverage as needed. * Assist with onboarding coordination and general administrative support. Qualifications: * Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in home care, healthcare, or staffing. * WellSky experience is a plus. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Must be available Friday through Monday.
