Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic plans and initiatives in alignment with the Bank’s objectives.
• Monitor daily operations and analyze performance to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated efforts across departments.
• Prepare regular reports on performance and ongoing projects for key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to operations.
• Facilitate training and provide support to staff in the execution of new initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-3years of experience in business strategy implementation or project management.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
