Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE with our client in Tualatin, OR . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Develops detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using Siemens NX.
• Finalizes designs by incorporating engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and design-for-manufacturability principles.
• Reviews and updates existing designs to improve performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Applies GD&T standards and ensures drawings meet internal and industry specifications.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to resolve design issues.
• Prepares and maintains engineering documentation, bills of materials (BOMs), and revision histories.
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company design guidelines.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $61.11 / hr . 

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (4 months ).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.
• Proficient in Siemens NX.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Proficient in Siemens NX.
• Proficient in drawing creation.
• Understand bill of material creation and structuring.
• Seeking general engineering skills, with a focus on CAD design and release. 
• Again, Nx.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• CAD (NX).
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
