Naples, FL | Full-Time | W2 Direct Hire
Pay: $35–$40/hr + $1.50/hr float differential
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (75+ miles)
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours if cases run late
Setting: Outpatient imaging centers (home base clinic with limited local float)

This outpatient imaging organization is investing directly in their technologists by offering company-paid cross-training into CT and/or MRI for those who want to expand their skill set and long-term earning potential.

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography in a high-volume outpatient setting
Deliver patient-first care with a strong emphasis on quality and comfort
Float to nearby centers only when needed (within approximately one hour)
Participate in structured cross-training to CT or MRI if desired
ARRT (R) with Mammography experience
Minimum 1 year of Mammography experience
Florida Radiologic Technologist license (or active eligibility)
Strong patient communication and clinical consistency
Competitive hourly pay with recent market adjustments
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Up to $5,000 relocation assistance (for qualifying candidates)
