What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Person, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our property in top-notch condition. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain the safety and functionality of the property.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance needs.
• Assisting with renovations, upgrades, and general upkeep of the property.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and adhering to safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
