LaSalle Network is hiring for a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our client’s fast-moving, customer-first team. Logistics Support Coordinator Responsibilities: - Collect proof of deliveries (PODs) from external carrier systems and submit them through internal platforms
- Coordinate guest address reroute requests and submit them to carriers promptly
- Track escalated POD and reroute requests through internal databases
- Support Guest Services with escalated parcel transportation issues
- Relay delivery details to carriers to ensure on-time performance
- Manage daily shipment exceptions, prioritize shipments, and escalate when necessary
Logistics Support Coordinator Requirements: - 1+ year in logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments
- Preferred experience out of the retail or CPG space
- SAP and TMS knowledge preferred; tech-savvy and adaptable
- Vendor/carrier management experience is a plus
