LaSalle Network is hiring for a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our client’s fast-moving, customer-first team. Logistics Support Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Collect proof of deliveries (PODs) from external carrier systems and submit them through internal platforms
• Coordinate guest address reroute requests and submit them to carriers promptly
• Track escalated POD and reroute requests through internal databases
• Support Guest Services with escalated parcel transportation issues
• Relay delivery details to carriers to ensure on-time performance
• Manage daily shipment exceptions, prioritize shipments, and escalate when necessary

Logistics Support Coordinator Requirements:

• 1+ year in logistics, distribution, or supply chain environments
• Preferred experience out of the retail or CPG space
• SAP and TMS knowledge preferred; tech-savvy and adaptable
• Vendor/carrier management experience is a plus
