Job Description
Summary; We are looking to add Full Time Maintenance Technicians to our Quicklane Facility at New Brighton Ford. No experience is necessary. We will train the right candidate that has a willingness to learn! Our ideal candidate would like to work on cars or want to learn how to work on cars, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has great attention to detail skills. We also offer opportunities to advance to a Diagnostic Technician!
Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour +++

Responsibilities
- Change oil
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance like brakes, struts, shocks and alignments
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred but will we train the right candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
