**About the role** As a **Lead Automation Test Engineer** , you will make an impact by designing and maintaining robust automated testing solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery. You will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with onshore and offshore stakeholders to drive automation initiatives across projects. **In this role, you will:** + Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using **Java Selenium** or **JavaScript** . + Build and enhance automation frameworks to support scalable testing. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test planning, execution, and defect triage. + Drive automation initiatives and ensure continuous integration within Agile environments. + Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures. **Work model** This is an **onsite position** requiring work from our client location in **Plantation, FL** .
