Job Description

Salary: $45,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, ideally in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or a related role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Online, Active Directory, and network configurations.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service capabilities.
• CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for on-site work.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver responsive IT support for client systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Implement secure remote access solutions for clients.
• Monitor and respond to alerts using remote management tools.
• Maintain precise and detailed documentation in ConnectWise.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with clients.
• Escalate complex technical matters to the engineering team.
• Accurately log work activities and expenses.
• Engage in continuous training to enhance technical skills.
• Collaborate on team projects and foster a positive work atmosphere.
