Happier Grocery -In-Store Experience Specialist
About the role:
Happier Grocery is growing, and we're looking for an all-around in-store point person to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that blends product knowledge with personalized guidance, making shopping our curated assortment of supplements, snacks, clean beauty, and functional wellness products a seamless, elevated experience.
What you'll do:
• Be on the floor 4 days a week, helping customers navigate everything from supplements to CPG favorites to beauty and lifestyle brands. • Share approachable, infonned expertise on wellness products and everyday essentials. • Create a welcoming, thoughtful shopping experience that keeps our community coming back. • Support events, activations, and brand education moments in-store.
Who you are:
• Familiar with (and excited by) the world of wellness, food, and lifestyle products. • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus. • Familiarity with Happier Grocery or being a frequent shopper is a bonus - we love team members who know and love our space. • Warm, engaging, and a true people person - you thrive in conversation and connection. • Flexible, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with great taste. • Excited to be part of a growing, thoughtful, and elevated brand.
