Full Time Grill Cook Opportunity

Amali seeks experienced Grill Cook

We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong grill skills, a passion for Mediterranean flavors, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to restaurant standards.
• Maintain consistency, flavor, and presentation of dishes.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with prep work and kitchen organization as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous grill cook or line cook experience required (Mediterranean or fine dining experience a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a busy, upscale kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
