Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and client inquiries Understand client needs and gather essential information during initial conversations Provide preliminary fee estimates based on firm guidelines Coordinate small tasks and assist with workflow management across the team Schedule appointments and maintain an organized firm calendar Support client onboarding, including document collection and follow-up Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met Maintain organized digital and physical files Assist CPAs and staff with administrative and operational tasks What You Bring Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly phone presence Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable steps Experience estimating service fees or comfort learning fee structures Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong follow-through and a proactive approach to task coordination Comfort with technology, scheduling tools, and document management systems Prior experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment is a plus
