We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to join FDR Financial Group, a leading financial services company. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position is vital to maintaining efficiency and productivity within the organization, handling a variety of projects and tasks with precision and confidentiality.

The Executive Assistant at FDR Financial Group will be involved in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and providing administrative support to executives. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external communication
  • Organize and maintain executive files and records
  • Assist in project management and follow up on action items

  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
