Director of Property Management – Multifamily Portfolio

Denver, CO

Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 + Performance Bonus

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Property Management to provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of a multi-site multifamily portfolio. This role is accountable for portfolio performance, operational excellence, and financial outcomes, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive NOI, efficiency, and long-term asset value.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight across a multi-site multifamily portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and hold property and regional leadership accountable to leasing, renewal, expense, and service standards
• Own portfolio-level financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and NOI results
• Identify and execute revenue growth and expense optimization strategies
• Partner with leasing and marketing leadership on pricing, occupancy, and market positioning
• Deliver clear, concise performance reporting and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level multifamily or portfolio leadership experience
• Demonstrated success driving NOI and operational performance across multiple assets
• Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with major property management platforms (Entrata experience a plus)
• Willingness to travel out of state approximately 15–20% of the time

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $125,000 – $145,000
• Performance-based bonus tied to portfolio results
