Job Description

Position : Creative Designer

Working Schedule : 10am-6pm EST

Salary Range :$2500-$3000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

 

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer. This role is crucial in defining and maintaining our brand's visual identity across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a conceptual thinker who can translate marketing objectives and complex ideas into compelling, high-quality visual designs that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Brand Execution

  • Concept, design, and produce a wide range of visual materials, including digital ads, website graphics, email templates, social content, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Provide fast, tactical execution of design tasks, ensuring all creative output is aligned with existing direction and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all assets created, utilizing tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Create visual mockups and prototypes to present design ideas to stakeholders for review.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Content teams to understand project briefs, objectives, and timelines.
  • Deliver impactful creative solutions while proactively managing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Incorporate feedback into designs, continuously iterating to improve performance and quality.

Asset Management & Development

  • Organize and maintain a central library of design assets, ensuring files are properly archived and easily accessible by the broader team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in a creative or graphic design role.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in other design tools
  • Proficiency in Figma
  •  Understanding of brand systems, layout design.
  • Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and a mastery of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design choices and rationale.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proactive, organized, and communicative.

  • Creative but execution-focused—able to deliver quickly and adapt to feedback.

  • Flexible, kind, and emotionally intelligent.

  • Familiarity with U.S. pop culture and millennial consumer trends.

  • Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, startup environment.
