Key Responsibilities: As a Laborer at MBC, you will be deeply involved in every phase of our construction process. Your journey begins with preparing construction sites, tools, and equipment for the day's work. You will execute tasks such as loading and unloading materials, transporting them to work areas, and performing setup and cleanup tasks at job sites. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, so you will assist skilled tradespeople with their duties and help with tasks that require additional labor.
