Job Description

Role: Clinical Lab Project Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN (On Site)

Type: Long Term Contract

Apex Systems, a global leader in Technology Services, is searching for an Clinical Lab Project Manager in Indianapolis, IN for a large Life Sciences client. This is a long term contract with an immediate start date. This role requires on site support 5 days a week due to the nature of the role. See below for more details!

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain integrated project plans including key milestones, timelines, resource requirements, risks, and mitigation plans. Tools include Excel, Smartsheets, and other Lilly specific FDA approved applications for tracking and planning.
  • Prepare and present program updates to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain project documentation in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive decision-making, facilitate team meetings, and act as a key point of contact for all project-related activities.
  • Track budgets and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous product development initiatives.
  • Document risks and mitigation plans to align with necessary GMP compliance standards.
  • Ensure proper planning and execution of qualification activities for equipment and facilities used in compounding operations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, and Quality to ensure proper development of protocols, coordinate testing, and resolve deviations.
  • Ensure proper management of timelines for IQ/OQ/PQ align with client requirements
