Role Overview

We are looking for a fulltime permanent recruiter to handle our Temporary positions.

You’ll collaborate closely with our recruiting team to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.

You will

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients across various industries
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and pain points
• Present tailored recruiting solutions and set appointments for senior sales staff
• Track activity and performance

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

3 years of experience in temporary placements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Passion for talent, hiring, and helping businesses grow
• Bilingual (Spanish) a must
