Job Description:
AO Globe Life is hiring Benefits Consultants for a remote position that involves meeting with clients virtually to help them select supplemental insurance benefits. All meetings are pre-set, with no cold calling or outbound selling required.
Daily Responsibilities:
Conduct Zoom appointments with clients
Present and explain benefit options
Provide enrollment support and post-enrollment care
Log detailed client records
Join weekly training calls
Ideal Background:
Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Great communication skills
Driven to succeed and grow
Comfortable with Zoom and CRM platforms
